3. How to change the password for your IOB internet banking ?

• Login to your online Banking account

• Head to “Edit Profile”

• Click on the “Change Password” option

• Enter the current password and new password in given fields and click on “submit”

• Enter the current pin and new pin in given fields and click on “submit”

5. What If I Forgot Pin ?

In this case you need to submit a letter to your branch for resetting your pin. You will receive pin to your e-Mail by Bank on very first day.

6. What If I Forgot Account Password ?

  1. It’s normal that sometime we forget our password but you do not need to worry as it is very easy to get back account in second.
  2. Open login window of IOB Internet Banking and click on the forgot password.
  3. New window will be displayed asking you to enter the email address associated with the bank account.
  4. After submitting email address, OTP will be sent as SMS to the mobile number registered.
  5. Enter the OTP and click on submit
  6. That’s it You will get new password on your e-mail address.

    Hello Admin,
    After going through your article I was trying to register my account for internet banking. I had entered all the details the page asked for in the registration form. But after everything when I entered captcha code and clicked on submit then the page always says “Invalid captcha”. Fine, I might have entered wrong captcha once or might be twice u can say but I’ve tried 5 to 6 times and result? Same as first time.. It always says Invalid Captcha.. What to do now, pls tell me..!!
